Medication Aide Course
The Medication Aide course is 140 hours in length. The course is offered over 3 months. To be eligible for the program you must be a certified nurse aide, have a valid high school diploma or GED, and currently working in a nursing home. Your director or administrator of the nursing home will need to have a form notarized validating employment to enter the program.
- Due to COVID-19 the Medication Aide course is currently offered online.
- You must be working in a long term care facility or assisted center to enter the program.
- Flexible payment plans available.
Admission Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Original Social Security Card
- Identification Card/ Driver's License
- Proof of Education: GED, high school diploma, or high school transcripts
- Tuberculosis Test Results (Not required at this time due to online curriculum)
- Background Check (Completed by Victorious Healthcare Academy)
- Completed Student Application, Click on Registration Tab
